Overseas customers can still order our delightful products. However, it is the responsibility of overseas customers to pay any input duty of sales tax within their own country. We will not charge these customers an Australian goods and services tax.

At checkout, your final purchase price and the shipping amount will be displayed. Items shipped to an Australian address or overseas will be exclusive of GST. Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may incur additional fees and duties levied by customs. As the recipient of the item, you are responsible to pay any of the taxes and duties levied by the country you are shipping to. Your package will not be released from customs until these payments are made. As MISS MOSS is unable to advise how much these duties will cost, MISS MOSS will contact you prior to order dispatch.

Please read the following information on returns prior to purchasing items from MISS MOSS Australia. While it is important that you are completely satisfied, we offer a replacement or an exchange for faulty goods, but unfortunately not for change of mind. MISS MOSS Australia does not issue refunds and no credit notes can be issued.

Your order will be carefully packed before dispatch. If your product is damaged during transit, please contact me within (2) two working days. If you notice any defects once you unpack your products, I can replace or exchange within (7) seven days of receipt of your order. MISS MOSS Australia cannot be responsible for breakages during unpacking or display, or if the customer causes impact to the product after purchase. Any exchanges returned to me without prior warning will be rejected and returned to sender.

If – due to the handmade nature of our products – we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know within (2) two days of your enquiry.

The MISS MOSS E-Boutique offers a number of different payment options. One of these is PayPal, the world’s most trusted online payment system, which features an advanced proprietary fraud prevention system.

With PayPal, you can pay for your MISS MOSS items with your debit card, credit card, bank account or PayPal balance. In addition to this, you can be absolutely assured that we are dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured and we do not, under any circumstances, pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details to any third party.

Alternately, you can use the following methods of payment: cheque; money order; credit card or good old fashioned cash. If you prefer any of these methods, indicate this in the checkout or email us with your request. Please note, all credit card transactions will only be made after the buyer has stated that this is their preferred method of payment. Authorisation and notification will be made when amounts are deducted. For all forms of payment, items will only be shipped out once the payment has been cleared.

We design + manufactures contemporary jewellery, accessories + garments with a commitment to sustainability. We use natural fibres, trade ethically + recycle where possible.
