MISS MOSS is a climate friendly business. We take responsibility for our environmental footprint + support environmentally sustainable manufacturing methods + initiatives. Our south coast based studio recycles paper, plastic, glass + utilizes already recycled products where possible. We consciously use minimal packing supplies + whenever possible we reuse boxes, packing materials + post packs. many of products are also naturally derived; while all of them are ethically produced.

Additionally, we utilise environmentally sensitive cleaning products + energy-saving lighting systems. We endeavour to buy locally to limit the emissions from travel + freight; + suggest you do the same by supporting a MISS MOSS stockist in your local area. We welcome informed + creative ideas about how we might further reduce our environmental footprint.

LIABILITY?
MISS MOSS will not take responsibility for any breakages after your order has been delivered in good condition. This includes any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages by use, display, purchase or sale of any MISS MOSS products. MISS MOSS is not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left the studio or due to any circumstances beyond our control.

PRIVACY?
You can be absolutely assured that MISS MOSS keeps your details secure. We do not, under any circumstances, pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details to any third party. MISS MOSS uses this information to: identify your orders, provide you with my newsletter and to personalise your shopping experience.
