I don’t live in Australia. Can I still buy your products? Of course you can! If you are a customer not living in Australia, you will pay the flat overseas freight charge to us and then it will be your responsibility to pay any input duty of sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax. Please refer to the shipping section of this website for more information.
I’ve got a retail shop and I’d like to stock your products. Is this possible? Absolutely! Fulfilling wholesale orders is a big part of what we do at MISS MOSS.
What are my payment options? You can use the PayPal facility on this website or make alternate arrangements with us if you’d prefer. All monies must be cleared before items are shipped out. If you live overseas, I require payment in Australian dollars. Please use an online currency conversion utility such as the XE Universal Currency Converter to do the calculation for you.
How long will it take for purchased items to reach me? Goods, which are in stock, will normally arrive within 3 to 5 days. As our products are hand made, delivery times, particularly for out of stock or custom designed items can range between 2-6 weeks.
Can I return an item if I change my mind? MISS MOSS does not issue refunds for change of mind. No credit notes can be issued.
Will my personal details be secure with MISS MOSS? You can be absolutely assured that MISS MOSS keeps your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not, under any circumstances, pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details to any third party. We use this information to: identify your orders, provide you with my newsletter (if you’ve subscribed!) and to personalise your shopping experience.
To keep things affordable and secure, standard orders within Australia will be sent via Registered Post or shipped for FREE when specified. Registered Post is a traceable and therefore more secure method of postage. Wholesale orders will be sent via Registered Post at a flat rate of AUD$22.50. This flat rate only insures goods up to the value of AUD$100.00. Should you require further insurance for your purchased items, please ensure that you select the option most relevant to your order in the checkout. If you do not select any further insurance, I will assume that you do not require it and your goods will only be insured up to the value of AUD$100.00. Please note that MISS MOSS does not take responsibility for any uninsured items.
Goods, which are in stock, will normally arrive within 3 to 5 days. However, delivery times, particularly for out of stock items or custom designed orders, can range between 2-6 weeks. We will advise our customers within two (2) days if goods are unavailable and/or out of stock. MISS MOSS is located on the sunny South Coast of NSW, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee overnight delivery.
