From the man who was once quoted as saying, “I don’t design fashion, I design dreams,” comes this striking collection of 2011 leather handbags. I have to admit, Mr. Lauren’s RRP’s make me feel a LOT better about the prices I am charging for the items in my MISS MOSS shop. His current accessories range is rather lush, but $1000.00 for something that holds your coins + lippy + mobile? Mmmmm…I need to think about that. This window display is a real eye-popper on Bond Street, London. It’s by the ever-innovative Louis Vuitton. It shows – among other things – a series of accessories which appear to hatch from oversized eggs.  Every few days or so a new accessory – show, watch, necklace – hatches from one of the eggs. More like theatre than fashion if you ask me…

Check this LA based boutique out! TenOverSix is dedicated entirely to fashion accessories: bags, shoes, jewellery, sunglasses and such for chicks and blokes (sounds like my kinda store!). I adore the impressive chairs-on-the-wall-installation-thing, and most of all the Dutch designed pendant light by Tord Boontje in the main space. Where is it?
