I’m loving the Autumn/Winter 2011 collection of Australian fashion designer Akira Isogawa. His attention to detail, craftsmanship and design skills are exceptional. His embellished, detailed designs evoke a sense of theatre and dreamy romance. Here are some quotes from his website:

“I see craftsmanship as an implement with which to realise one’s vision. Timeless beauty and femininity in my design is profound, in a way for the wearer to express their inner soul.”
I’ve been hunting about in my archives for articles that I’ve written. I found this piece that was published in the Sydney Morning Herald’s Good Living section some time back. It’s an exhibition review of Dressing and Dreaming, which was held at Sydney’s Sherman Gallery. I thought I’d post it on the MISS MOSS blog as well.
